Hungry?

  • From Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 9 or 10 am to about  2pm you can find lots of Thai food directly beside of The Nation Tower,  now Interlink Tower. This is the tower in front of the Evergreen View  Tower.
  • In the parking garage Between our tower and the nation tower you find the 7/11
  • Want more food? Opposite you find some street food on the short way  to Index Living Mall Take the overpass to the other side of Bangna Trad  Road. Take a Bus number 2, 23, 25 or 45 or a taxi from there to Mega Bangna, one  of the big shopping Malls in Bangkok. More than 100 restaurants, food  stalls and a nice food court as well are waiting for you. The taxi ride  is about 60 Baht. You will be there within 5 minutes
  • You have been at Mega Bangna already? Then take a bus from directly in front of the Nation (now Interlink) Tower to Central Bangna (bus numbers 38, 46, 132, 139 (also 3-16E now), 180 or 365). Within 5 minutes for the bus ride you will be there.
Look outside of the bus, on the right hand side after about 2 km  you will see first a Big C Mall and then next to it Central Bangna, a  huge shopping Mall. Explore Big C food court or the food court in the basement of Tops supermarket or the  one of Central in the fifth floor. Altogether you can choose from  hundreds of dishes amongst dozens of food shops and restaurants.

Are you really hungry? Then a buffet might be the right thing for you.

  • There are several hotels throughout the city offering reasonable priced buffets, try eatigo.com for  the best offers. For flat fares from 300 to 1200 baht you can choose   from many different foods  and eat as much as you want.
  • Try eatigo.com –  You can find fantastic food up to 50% of at certain times. We highly  recommend this application, get e.g. a 460 Baht international dinner  buffett with free beer flow at Dusit Princess Hotel beside Seacon Square  Mall
  • Another option is the restaurant chain Hot Pot. You cook your own  meals in a hot pot on your table. Therefore you can choose from many  fresh foods like vegetables and meats. They also have a huge salad bar  and good salad dressings. As a dessert they offer ice cream, fruits and  other desserts. Price is 329 baht.
  • In Seacon Square Mall, less than 10 minutes away by bus you find  that pizzeria named Narai you can eat from an Italian style buffet for  just about 270 baht incl. softdrinks.

Money exchange: best in Thailand is http://superrichthai.com/ or grandsuperrich.com
There is a branch now in Paradise Mall, another Superrich is at Seacon Square Mall, take bus 207 or 133 to get there.

Transport to the City itself (You will find the bus station  in front of the Nation Tower beside the main road, the other high rise  next to ours, buses to all destinations leaving every few minutes. From  there you will also find taxis 24/7.)

  • Taxis are very cheap. 4 km are 60Baht, 10 km are 100Baht just if  the taxi has to wait in traffic 1.5 Baht per minute are added. Make sure  that the taxi driver activate the taxi meter. Taximeter is always the  cheapest option. Do not negotiate with the driver. If he does not want  to use the taximeter get out and take the next taxi. Thais often first  the door of the taxi and ask the driver BEFORE they sit in if the taxi  driver wants to go where the guest wants to go. Doing this shows that  you know the right behaviour and in 99% of the cases the taxi driver  does not try to negotiate with the fare, he will operate by taxi meter  automatically. (Exception: in front of and around tourist destinations  they always try to discuss about fares => simply walk away a little  bit from the tourist destination and get a taxi out of the traffic.)

    By destination:

  • BTS Skytrain station Udomsuk: Buses are very convenient to get to  the next BTS station Udomsuk. Within 10 -15 minutes and for 10 Baht for  the open air buses (the ones with the open windows) you get there. Take  bus lines 38, 46, 132, 139, 3-16E or 180. Air conditioned buses cost about  20 Baht.

  • Pratunam (Baiyoke Tower, Platinum Fashion Mall (more than 1000  fashion shops). Just get bus number 139 or 3-16E from in  front of The Nation Tower. Within 40 minutes (the bus takes the  expressway) and for 25 Baht you get there. If you change to the BTS  Skytrain it won’t save you time and it cost more money. Also take 139 to  go to Superrich, Best money exchanger in the world, it is located in  Phetchaburi Soi 30, just 250 m to walk.

  • Khlong Toey: take bus number 46 from in front of The Nation Tower,  just make sure to ask the driver if he goes Khlong Toei as some buses of  the bus line 46 are not going to Khlong Toey. Ancient Siam (formerly known as Ancient City) (Thai: เมืองโบราณ, Mueang Boran) is a Museum park and spreading over 200 acres (0.81 km2) in the shape of Thailand.

The founder’s original idea was to create a golf course with  miniatures of Thailand’s historically significant structures spread  around the course. During his research he found most structures being  severely damaged over time and decided instead of creating new  miniatures to save the original structures when possible or recreating  them full size or scaled down.

Ancient Siam is dubbed as the world’s largest outdoor museum.
